Execution of electrical and structural design. Provision of 3D models, technical proposals, and formal quotation. Sign-off on design confirmation document.
3. Prototype Build
Production of prototypes according to confirmed specifications. Internal safety and performance.
4. Sample Delivery & Client Validation
Shipment of samples to client for on-site installation and testing. Collection of performance feedback.
testing with accompanying test report.
5. Design Optimization & Final Approval
Implementation of design adjustments and prototype refinements based on test feedback. Sign-off on mass production approval document.
6. Mass Production & Quality Delivery
Launch of batch production, with relevant transport certifications obtained. Each unit undergoes final
inspection before shipment to ensure compliance with agreed standards.
*The upfront transport certification fee will be credited progressively against subsequent orders, and fully redeemed after the cumulative shipment of 50 units.
